The course includes two sessions, a kick-off session on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, 08:15 till 09:45 a.m. (digital synchronous) and a seminar session on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, 08:15 till 11:45 a.m. (digital synchronous). Registration in OLAT till Tuesday, October 21, 2025 is required. Detailed information on the course will then be announced with the kick-off in the OLAT course (see below). (kein regulärer Termin)

Voraussetzungen:
Precondition for participation is a registration for the course in OLAT. The registration is open till Tuesday, October 21, 2025.
For final participation, students registered in OLAT must additionally register for the module examination. Further information on this will be provided during the kick-off session of the course.
The course can only be taken by M.Sc. Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior students. As part of the module "Digitalization and Human Resource Management & Organizational Behaviort", it is compulsory for them.
Leistungsnachweis und Prüfungen:
The examination of the module "Digitalization and Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior" (major and minor specialization) takes place in this course in the form of a presentation. The module grade is based on the performance in that presentation. The specific contents of the presentation and the number of credit points awarded upon successful completion depend on students' individual module enrollment decision (i.e., major or minor specialization). More detailed information on this will be provided with the kick-off of the course.
