Content/Scope: Although research practices and methodologies vary across disciplines, they are usually characterized by the requirement of systematic, methodically controlled gain of knowledge. This course covers state-of-the-art advanced research designs, measurements, and multivariate statistical methods in a comparative perspective of natural and social sciences. Through discussion and application, students engage with and learn to integrate these methods in inter- and transdisciplinary contexts. |
