This seminar is held in English.
The seminar provides an introduction to the basics of external organizational communication (EOC) and its relevant fields of research (including public relations, advertising, campaigning and crisis communication). At the end of the seminar, students will be familiar with the key terms and objectives, instruments and issues of EOK as well as research on strategic implementation and impact. They will learn the theoretical basics of situational and problem analysis as well as planning, implementation and evaluation of campaigns.
The seminar is built on input from the instructor, presentations by students, group work and guest speakers. |
