LC3 is a writing course intended for students who have passed the M2 oral exam. This course approaches writing as a communicative process. Students will exchange ideas with their classmates and get feedback from them on their work in progress. The instructor will correct finished work, give additional feedback, and assign specific exercises designed to improve the accuracy, range (vocabulary and structures), and style of each student's writing. One focus of the course will be essay writing in academic style. Additionally, there is a focus on critical reading and on working with different text types. |
